did you take this from a distance or did you capture this wile sat camping? (like in a mini tent with a hole in it that can take photos from, cant remember what they are called)

He was actually flying around in my garden all day and finally flew over to me so that I could take this picture. I guess he was about 3 feet from me :) Although, this past summer I actually got close enough to one on my feeder that I was able to touch his tail feathers several times....It was awesome :)
